A unique journey through nature, spirituality & human connection
Mongolia — the land of vast horizons and boundless skies — invites you to return to what truly matters.
Here, silence speaks, the earth breathes, and the wind carries stories across the steppes.
From Buddhist temples to endless plains, from wild rivers to golden dunes, this women-only journey is a hymn to freedom, mindfulness, and feminine strength.
Between morning yoga in the steppes, encounters with nomadic families, bathing in natural hot springs, nights in traditional yurts, and moments of deep introspection, you’ll experience an unforgettable adventure — one that nourishes both the body and the soul.
Welcome to Mongolia!
Upon arrival at Genghis Khan International Airport, our team will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Ulaanbaatar. After your long journey, you’ll have the rest of the day to unwind, relax, and settle in.
Enjoy a soothing tea, take a warm bath, or simply gaze out at the horizon — your adventure begins now.
Overnight: Hotel in Ulaanbaatar
Our first visit will take us to the Gandantegchinlin Monastery, the spiritual heart of Buddhism in Mongolia.
This serene place houses an impressive 26-meter-high statue of Maitreya and resonates with the chanting of prayers by monks and worshippers. A fascinating dive into Mongolian spirituality.
In the afternoon, we’ll explore downtown Ulaanbaatar. At the end of the day, return to the hotel for a well-deserved rest before the next stage of your journey.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner – at the hotel
This morning, you journey toward Karakorum, the ancient capital of the Mongol Empire founded by Genghis Khan in the 13th century.
The road unravels across sweeping plains, endless skies, and herds of wild horses galloping freely — a taste of true Mongolia.
Upon arrival, visit Erdene Zuu Monastery, surrounded by 108 white stupas. Built in 1585 on the ruins of the old capital, it remains a sacred site and one of the most important Buddhist landmarks in the country.
You’ll also visit Erdenesiin Khuree, where you’ll discover the art of Mongolian calligraphy, a graceful link between spirit and tradition.
As night falls, settle into your tourist ger camp, under a sky filled with a thousand stars.

Upon arrival, settle into your camp, surrounded by mountains and streams.
As the sun begins to set, your yoga instructor will guide you through your first gentle session, allowing you to stretch, breathe, and release the fatigue of travel.
Dinner is served under the stars, followed by your first dip in the natural hot springs — a moment of pure bliss as the warm mineral water embraces your body under the Mongolian night sky.

Wake up with the sunrise and begin your day with morning yoga in the open air — a slow, mindful flow that connects breath and movement with the rhythm of nature.
As you move through your postures, you’ll feel the warmth of the first sun rays, hear birds calling in the distance, and smell the scent of wildflowers carried by the wind.
After breakfast, spend time soaking in the natural hot springs, whose waters are rich in sulfur and minerals. They are known for their ability to soothe the muscles, revitalize the skin, and restore inner balance.
The silence here is almost sacred — only the whisper of water and the sound of your own heartbeat accompany you.
In the afternoon, enjoy a walk through the nearby forests or rest by the river with a book or journal.
As night falls, gather with the group around a campfire for shared stories, laughter, and connection — the essence of sisterhood in the wilderness.

Optional massages are available for those seeking deeper relaxation.
Later in the evening, join a restorative yoga session, designed to stretch the body and quiet the mind.

In the afternoon, join a creative sharing circle with the group: exchange thoughts, write, draw, or express what you feel inspired by. The energy of sisterhood and freedom creates a nurturing space where every woman can reconnect with her essence.

Take time to settle in, sip a cup of traditional salty milk tea (suutei tsai), and watch life unfold around you: children playing, animals grazing, smoke rising gently from the stove.
As evening falls, you’ll share your first dinner with the family, prepared with local products and love. This moment marks the beginning of a deeper cultural immersion — one that goes beyond sightseeing to embrace human connection.

The path winds through volcanic landscapes and green valleys, leading to a majestic 20-meter waterfall surrounded by cliffs of black basalt.
After some time to explore and take photos, you’ll enjoy a picnic lunch by the river, feeling completely at one with nature. For the more adventurous, a refreshing dip in the cool waters is a moment of pure exhilaration.

These moments of sharing are simple yet powerful, filled with laughter, curiosity, and mutual respect.

The journey is spectacular — endless open spaces, flocks of sheep moving like clouds across the earth, and a silence so pure it feels almost sacred.
Arrive by midday and settle into your eco-lodge camp, nestled near the Khögnö Khan Mountains, known as the “sacred mountains” of central Mongolia.
After lunch, embark on a camel ride through the dunes, guided by local herders who share their wisdom and stories of the desert. The slow, steady rhythm of the camels and the vastness around you create an almost meditative state — a perfect harmony between body and landscape.
As the sun sets, climb to the top of a dune to watch the horizon turn crimson and gold. The silence of this moment will stay with you long after you return home.

Hotel Classification:
The star ratings indicated above refer to local standards (LS) established by the competent authorities of each country. They do not correspond to international hotel classifications. The criteria for awarding ratings may vary from one country to another and reflect the local level of comfort, services, and facilities.
Nomadic Yurts:
Nomadic yurts (gers) are equipped with 4 to 5 beds and powered by solar panels, providing enough electricity for lighting but limited for other uses. This type of accommodation allows guests to experience authentic nomadic life, as the guest yurts are located close to the host family and surrounded by livestock. In order to fully enjoy nature, most of the itinerary includes overnight stays in yurts.
To ensure a comfortable stay, we set up additional yurts near a nomadic family, allowing our guests to enjoy a genuine nomadic experience. Each yurt is shared by 4 to 5 people.
Dry Toilets (Wooden Latrines):
These are traditional wooden toilets without running water, where waste is collected in a separate pit. Simple yet functional, they allow visitors to experience the authentic lifestyle of nomadic families while respecting sustainable and traditional regional practices.
Washbasin / Bathing:
There is no running water or shower inside the yurts. However, each yurt is equipped with a convenient washbasin for washing hands. Nearby, portable showers are installed for visitors, adapted to rural conditions. This allows for comfortable hygiene while still offering an authentic nomadic living experience.
Mongolian Tourist Camps:
Mongolian tourist camps provide simple yet authentic comfort. You will stay in yurts (gers) equipped with 2 to 5 beds and heated by a stove or underfloor heating system. Shared sanitary facilities are available, and a restaurant serves meals suitable for travelers.
Meals consist of traditional Mongolian or vegetarian dishes, alternating depending on the day. Mongolia, a land of ancestral herding, offers a generous cuisine based on meat and dairy products. However, we take care to adapt to everyone’s dietary needs: simple dishes like rice, potatoes, or assorted vegetables are regularly offered.
Menus can be adjusted for vegetarian, vegan, or other dietary restrictions, provided you inform us in advance.
Yes, a visa may be required to enter Mongolia, depending on your nationality and the length of your stay.
Some nationalities are exempt from visa requirements for short tourist stays, while others must apply for an e-visa online or at a Mongolian embassy or consulate before departure.
We strongly recommend that all travelers check the exact requirements for their passport at the time of booking and before departure, as regulations are subject to change.
Our team can also guide you through the appropriate procedures if needed.
Mineral water is provided during the trip. We recommend bringing your own basic first-aid kit and ensuring your routine vaccinations are up to date.
Yes, this trip is open to women aged between 18 and 80 years. A good physical condition is required to fully enjoy the experience.
Yes. This tour is designed exclusively for women to create a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment. It encourages meaningful connections and cultural exchange with Mongolian women.
Summer is the best time to travel to Mongolia, with a generally mild, dry, and sunny climate.
• During the day, temperatures usually range between 20°C and 30°C, depending on the region.
• At night, temperatures can drop to 5°C to 12°C, especially in desert and mountainous areas.
• The climate is very dry, which makes the heat more pleasant and easier to handle than in tropical regions.
• There may be slight variations depending on altitude, with some regions being cooler in the early morning and evening.
We therefore recommend bringing:
✔️ Light clothing for the daytime
✔️ A fleece or warm jacket for the evening
✔️ A waterproof windbreaker just in case
In short: warm days, cool evenings, and almost permanently blue skies — perfect for adventure and well-being.
