Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive in Kathmandu, meet your trekking guide, and have a trip briefing.

Day 2 : Kathmandu to Lukla, Trek to Phakding (2,652m)

Early morning flight to Lukla. Begin trekking towards Phakding.

Day 3 : Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Continue trekking along the Dudh Koshi River. Cross suspension bridges and ascend to Namche Bazaar.

Day 4 : Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

Acclimatization hike to Everest View Hotel or Khumjung Village. Explore Namche Bazaar, its market, and monasteries.

Day 5 : Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870m)

Descend to the Dudh Koshi River and ascend through forests. Reach Tengboche with its famous monastery.

Day 6 : Tengboche to Dingboche (4,360m)

Descend through forests and cross the Imja Khola. Trek through Pangboche village and reach Dingboche.

Day 7 : Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

Acclimatization hike to Nangkartshang Peak for panoramic views. Rest and prepare for higher altitudes.

Day 8 : Dingboche to Lobuche (4,940m)

Trek through Dughla and witness memorials for climbers. Ascend to Lobuche village.

Day 9 : Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170m), Visit Everest Base Camp (5,364m)

Trek to Gorak Shep. Continue to Everest Base Camp.

Day 10 : Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5,545m), Descend to Pheriche (4,371m)

Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise views. Descend to Pheriche.

Day 11 : Pheriche to Namche Bazaar

Descend through Pangboche and Tengboche. Continue to Namche Bazaar.

Day 12 : Namche Bazaar to Lukla

Descend through forests and cross suspension bridges. Arrive in Lukla, reflecting on your journey.

Day 13 : Lukla to Kathmandu

Morning flight back to Kathmandu. Rest and relax or explore the city.

Day 14 : Departure from Kathmandu

Depending on your departure time, you may have some free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing before heading to the airport.

What is Everest Base Camp (EBC)?

Everest Base Camp is the starting point for climbers attempting to summit Mount Everest, the highest peak in the world. It is located at an altitude of approximately 5,364 meters (17,598 feet) above sea level in the Khumbu region of Nepal.

How do I get to Everest Base Camp?

The most common way to reach Everest Base Camp is by trekking from Lukla, a small mountain airstrip in Nepal. You can take a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and start your trek from there. The trek usually takes around 12-14 days round trip.

Do I need previous trekking experience to reach EBC?

While previous trekking experience can be helpful, it is not mandatory. The Everest Base Camp trek is challenging but can be undertaken by anyone with a good level of fitness and a strong determination to complete the journey.

When is the best time to trek to Everest Base Camp?

The best time for the Everest Base Camp trek is during the pre-monsoon (spring) season (March to May) and post-monsoon (autumn) season (September to November). During these months, the weather is relatively stable, and the skies are clear, providing breathtaking views of the Himalayas.

    Discovering Delhi

    After breakfast, get ready to explore the vibrant and historical city of Delhi. A city that perfectly blends antiquity and modernity, Delhi offers a rich tapestry of history, culture, and lifestyle.

    Your guided city tour includes:

    🕌Jama Masjid: One of India’s largest mosques. Experience a rickshaw ride through the bustling lanes of Chandni Chowk, where centuries-old bazaars still thrive.

    🍛Gurudwara Bangla Sahib: Witness the spiritual serenity and the largest community kitchen in India, serving thousands of meals daily to people of all faiths.

    India Gate & Rashtrapati Bhawan: Drive past these iconic landmarks symbolizing India’s rich history.

    Delhi - Udaipur by flight

    ✈️Fly to Udaipur, the "Venice of the East". Check into your hotel and dive into the city’s charm.


    Often referred to as the ‘Venice of the East’, the lake city of Udaipur is known as the centre for performing arts and crafts. The famous Lake Palace, located bang in the middle of Lake Pichola is easily one of the most beautiful sights of Udaipur.

    🏯Udaipur city tour starts with a visit to the City Palace. The royal abode of Maharanas of erstwhile, the palace displays an elaborate and flamboyant style which combines both the Rajasthani and Mughal architectural design. 

    🏝️In the evening visit Jagmandir Island, Ahar (Udaipur’s royal cremation ground), Shilpgram (a crafts village) and Sajjan Garh (Monsoon Palace).

    Udaipur to Pushkar

    Breakfast. 

    After breakfast, journey to Pushkar, a serene town on the banks of the sacred Pushkar Lake. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and prepare to explore:

    🙏Brahma Temple: The only temple in the world dedicated to Lord Brahma.

    🌊Pushkar Lake: Renowned for its 52 ghats where pilgrims bathe in its holy waters.

    🐪Pushkar Fair (seasonal in november): Known for its colorful camel fairs, showcasing Rajasthan’s rural culture.

    Enjoy the town’s spiritual vibe and picturesque surroundings.

    Pushkar to Jaipur (150 Kms/ 3 Hrs)

    After breakfast, check out from hotel & continue your journey to proceed for Jaipur, titled as the ‘Pink City’ and known for its hospitality.

    Arrive Jaipur & check-in at hotel.


    This evening, visit Lakshmi Narayan Temple – a symbol of tranquility in pristine white, stands majestically with the backdrop of a hilly landscape.
    Holy prayer ceremony happens every evening at the temple and attending the same is a magical experience in itself. we will try to match our timing of visiting the temple when the ceremony takes place.
    Return to hotel and overnight stay at hotel.

    Jaipur city tour

    After breakfast, leave for excursion where you will cover Amber Fort with Elephant ride– a magnificent fort which cast a spell on the visitors.

    Perched on a hill in the suburbs of Jaipur, the fort was once the capital of Rajasthan. Former residence of Rajput Maharajas, the fort is notable for its grand architecture showcasing Hindu style of art.
    Then visit Jantar Mantar – largest of the five astronomical observatories in India and features world’s largest sundial.
    Later, explore the City Palace complex that is comprised of two palaces, Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal, a museum, a vast array of courtyards, gardens and buildings. The palace is a blend of the Shilpa Shastra of Indian architecture with Rajput, Mughal and European styles.

    Drive past through Jal Mahal where you can take a halt for selfie session as well as here you will get a chance to get photographed in Rajasthani attire & Hawa Mahal – the palace of winds offered complete view of the outside world to the royal ladies without exposing
    them.

    In evening, explore the local market and shop for some amazing stuff such as traditional clothes, jewellery, handicraft etc.

    Return to hotel & Overnight stay at hotel.

    Jaipur - Agra via Fatehpur Sikri (Approx 6 Hrs drive)

    After breakfast, check out from hotel & continue your journey to proceed for Agra, titled as the ‘city of love’.

    En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World Heritage
    Site showcasing the grandeur of Mughal architecture.
    This magnificent fortified ancient city, 40 Kms west of Agra, was the short-lived capital of the Mughal Empire between 1571 and 1585, during the reign of Emperor Akbar.

    ❤️Arrive in Agra, the "City of Love" .
    🛏️ Overnight in Agra.

    Agra to Delhi (4-5 hours drive)

    Wake up early morning & get ready to visit Taj Mahal
     in Sunrise. The Taj Mahal is considered the finest example of Mughal architecture, a style that combines elements from Persian, Indian, and Islamic architectural styles. 
    After visiting Taj Mahal, return to hotel for refreshment & breakfast.

    Then check out from Agra hotel & proceed to visit Agra Fort – A large 16th-century fortress of red
    sandstone located on the Yamuna River in the historic city of Agra. The fort complex was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1983.


    🚗After finishing sightseeing of Agra Fort, proceed towards Delhi.

    Rest of the day at leisure and free for your own activities.

    Delhi to Kochi (By Air)

    ✈️After breakfast, check out from hotel and proceed towards Delhi airport to board flight for Kochi. On your arrival at Kochi airport, meet our executive who will assist you to take you to your hotel.
    🚤Later in the evening enjoy a couple of hours Motor boat ride through the harbour during sunset from 16.30-18.30 hrs.

    Kochi Walking Tour

    🚶‍♂️After breakfast, proceed for a walking tour of Fort Kochi.
    This walking tour gives you a glimpse into Cochin’s rich history and heritage, showcasing the mixed Dutch, Portuguese, British and Jewish influences that make the city unique.

    During the tour, we will visit the old quarter of Fort Kochi, exploring the quaint streets of this city on foot.
    We will also visit Fort Kochi’s seaside promenade and get a glimpse of daily life in Kochi. 
    Back to your hotel and relax.

    Later in the afternoon a Rickshaw ride from Fort Kochi to Mattancherry, stopping at Dhobi Ghat en route.

    On arrival, visit Mattancherry Palace , the Paradesi Synagogue (closed on Friday’s, Saturday’s and Jewish Holiday’s), and a walk through Jew Town.


    🎭Evening watch the dance drama of Kerala – Kathakali show in a local theatre (make up from 17.00-18.00 hrs and performance from 18.00-19.00 hrs). After sightseeing, return to hotel.

    Kochi - Munnar (Approx. 4 Hrs drive)

    After breakfast, check out from hotel and drive towards Munnar (about 145 km /04 hrs), a picturesque hill station covered with unending expanses of tea plantations.

    🌊Enroute visit verdant waterfalls and enjoy the hilly drive through tranquil countryside. Arrive Munnar and check-in at hotel.

    🌿Rest of the day will be at leisure or enjoy a nature walk around the resort.

    Munnar

    After breakfast enjoy a full day sightseeing, which consists of Eravikulam National Park (closed during February till April), which houses the endangered species Nilgiri Ibex.

    Explore the park on foot; the views are stunning toward the tea capped peaks. Our next stoppage will be at Tea Museum (closed on Monday’s), to know the history & processing methods of tea making.


    🍃Featuring activity: Day with Tea Pickers


    This activity will commence with a 30-45 min drive from Munnar town to get into Lockhart or Suryanelli Tea Factory by jeep.

    On arrival, you will follow the tea trail to the area where the ladies will be picking tea leaves. Once you are there, join them in picking tea leaves and in weighing the same and all the while interact with the workers to understands their day to day lifestyle.
    🍵During the trail, you will also visit one of the tea factory to understand the process of tea making followed by tea tasting session.
    Duration: About 03-04 hrs


    Later after having lunch from a local restaurant (lunch cost is not included), we continue a picturesque drive through tea gardens towards Madupetty dam & Echo Point.

    Munnar - Alleppey (Approx. 5-6 Hrs drive)

    After an early breakfast, check out from hotel and drive to Alleppey (about 185 km / 05-06 hrs), where you board your houseboat that comprises of furnished bed rooms with attached bath and toilet.
    The typical schedule for a houseboat cruise at Alleppey is structured to provide a relaxing and immersive experience through the backwaters.

    🚤Sail through mysterious canals and dancing waves of Kerala backwaters.
    Experiencing this unique travel on an exclusive wooden houseboat or Kettuvallam, you will cherish a delicious lunch time in the backdrop of hills and paddy fields.

    🍴Note: Evening Tea, Lunch and Dinner will be served on the houseboat.

    Trivandrum - Kovalam

    After breakfast disembark houseboat and drive to Kovalam (about 175 kms/ 5-6 Hrs drive), enroute enjoy a half day sightseeing of Trivandrum – The capital city of Kerala, which consists of Sri Padhamabha Swamy Temple (non Hindus are not allowed inside and have dress code for men & woman), adjacent Kuthira Malika Museum (closed on Monday’s), Napier Museum & Art Gallery (closed on Monday’s & Wednesday forenoon).
    Arrive Kovalam by evening and check-in at hotel.

    Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.
