Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive in Kathmandu, meet your trekking guide, and have a trip briefing.

Day 2 : Kathmandu to Lukla, Trek to Phakding (2,652m)

Early morning flight to Lukla. Begin trekking towards Phakding.

Day 3 : Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Continue trekking along the Dudh Koshi River. Cross suspension bridges and ascend to Namche Bazaar.

Day 4 : Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

Acclimatization hike to Everest View Hotel or Khumjung Village. Explore Namche Bazaar, its market, and monasteries.

Day 5 : Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870m)

Descend to the Dudh Koshi River and ascend through forests. Reach Tengboche with its famous monastery.

Day 6 : Tengboche to Dingboche (4,360m)

Descend through forests and cross the Imja Khola. Trek through Pangboche village and reach Dingboche.

Day 7 : Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

Acclimatization hike to Nangkartshang Peak for panoramic views. Rest and prepare for higher altitudes.

Day 8 : Dingboche to Lobuche (4,940m)

Trek through Dughla and witness memorials for climbers. Ascend to Lobuche village.

Day 9 : Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170m), Visit Everest Base Camp (5,364m)

Trek to Gorak Shep. Continue to Everest Base Camp.

Day 10 : Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5,545m), Descend to Pheriche (4,371m)

Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise views. Descend to Pheriche.

Day 11 : Pheriche to Namche Bazaar

Descend through Pangboche and Tengboche. Continue to Namche Bazaar.

Day 12 : Namche Bazaar to Lukla

Descend through forests and cross suspension bridges. Arrive in Lukla, reflecting on your journey.

Day 13 : Lukla to Kathmandu

Morning flight back to Kathmandu. Rest and relax or explore the city.

Day 14 : Departure from Kathmandu

Depending on your departure time, you may have some free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing before heading to the airport.

What is Everest Base Camp (EBC)?

Everest Base Camp is the starting point for climbers attempting to summit Mount Everest, the highest peak in the world. It is located at an altitude of approximately 5,364 meters (17,598 feet) above sea level in the Khumbu region of Nepal.

How do I get to Everest Base Camp?

The most common way to reach Everest Base Camp is by trekking from Lukla, a small mountain airstrip in Nepal. You can take a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and start your trek from there. The trek usually takes around 12-14 days round trip.

Do I need previous trekking experience to reach EBC?

While previous trekking experience can be helpful, it is not mandatory. The Everest Base Camp trek is challenging but can be undertaken by anyone with a good level of fitness and a strong determination to complete the journey.

When is the best time to trek to Everest Base Camp?

The best time for the Everest Base Camp trek is during the pre-monsoon (spring) season (March to May) and post-monsoon (autumn) season (September to November). During these months, the weather is relatively stable, and the skies are clear, providing breathtaking views of the Himalayas.

    The big day is here! You land in Istanbul, a fascinating city built across two continents. Upon arrival, you are warmly welcomed by our friendly team at either of the city’s international airports (IST or SAW), and transferred to our hotel ideally located in the historic district.
    This first free day is dedicated to settling in, relaxing, and meeting the other women in the group. You can start soaking in the city’s vibes by strolling through its streets or simply sipping Turkish tea while watching the sunset over Istanbul’s rooftops.

    Imperial Treasures and a Magical Bosphorus Cruise

    After a hearty breakfast, meet your guide at 09:30 for an unforgettable day of discovery.
    We begin with the magnificent Topkapi Palace, the former heart of the Ottoman Empire, featuring stunning courtyards, mosaics, the harem, and breathtaking views of the Bosphorus.
    Next, we embark on a 1.5-hour cruise on the legendary Bosphorus Strait, between Europe and Asia—a poetic moment as palaces, mosques, and Ottoman villas glide past your eyes.
    In the afternoon, we head to the Spice Bazaar, a jewel of architecture and aromas where you can taste Turkish delights or shop for tasty souvenirs.

    We’ll visit the famed Blue Mosque, a gem of Islamic architecture with six minarets and thousands of blue Iznik tiles.
    Then, we’ll stroll through Sultanahmet district, admiring from outside the majestic Hagia Sophia—once a Byzantine church, then mosque, now museum.
    A walk leads us to the Suleymaniye Mosque, perched on one of Istanbul’s hills, a masterpiece by the legendary architect Sinan.
    In the afternoon, immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the Grand Bazaar, a labyrinth of 4,000 shops. Jewelry, scarves, ceramics… let yourself be tempted!

    Today, a change of scenery! We leave bustling Istanbul for Cappadocia, a magical region with lunar landscapes.
    This free day is devoted to airport transfers and arrival at our cave hotel nestled in the heart of Cappadocia.
    The adventure continues in a softer, more contemplative rhythm, filled with new encounters and natural beauty.

    A passage between two worlds, to begin a new chapter of this all-women journey.

    Day 5 – Love Valley and Immersion in Local Life

    Our Cappadocian exploration begins! At 09:30, we set off for a 2-hour hike through the famous Love Valley, renowned for its spectacular fairy chimney rock formations.
    We visit the charming troglodyte village of Uçhisar, perched on a promontory with breathtaking panoramic views.
    Coffee break on a terrace facing Ortahisar’s rock citadel, then off to discover Mustafapasa, a historic former Greek village.
    We’ll visit a carpet weaving center where local women preserve ancient skills.
    In the evening, join a cooking workshop with our hotel’s host family—a warm and fun moment around a traditional dish we’ll all enjoy together for dinner.

    In the afternoon, we visit a jewelry workshop to discover another iconic regional craft.
    The day ends with a colorful folkloric evening, complete with dinner and a show of traditional dances from across Turkey.

    At 09:30, we set off to explore one of Cappadocia’s impressive underground cities, Mazi or Özkonak—an ancient network of homes and tunnels carved into rock, dating back thousands of years.

    – Sunrise hot air balloon ride: a magical, unforgettable moment.
    – Whirling dervish ceremony: a deep dive into Sufi spirituality.
    In the afternoon, enjoy a traditional Turkish bath (hammam), with exfoliation and soap massage in a typical relaxing setting.

    Transfer to the airport for your return flight, with a layover in Istanbul—and a heart full of unforgettable memories.

    This group trip for women comes to an end, but the bonds created, laughter shared, and emotions lived will last a lifetime.

You’ll stay in charming boutique hotels, including a unique cave-style hotel in Cappadocia. All rooms include breakfast, and double occupancy is standard (single room supplement is optional).

Are flights included?

The domestic flight from Istanbul to Cappadocia is included. International flights (arrival and return) are not included and should be booked separately. We’ll provide recommended arrival windows.

Will I have free time?
