Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive in Kathmandu, meet your trekking guide, and have a trip briefing.

Day 2 : Kathmandu to Lukla, Trek to Phakding (2,652m)

Early morning flight to Lukla. Begin trekking towards Phakding.

Day 3 : Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Continue trekking along the Dudh Koshi River. Cross suspension bridges and ascend to Namche Bazaar.

Day 4 : Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

Acclimatization hike to Everest View Hotel or Khumjung Village. Explore Namche Bazaar, its market, and monasteries.

Day 5 : Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870m)

Descend to the Dudh Koshi River and ascend through forests. Reach Tengboche with its famous monastery.

Day 6 : Tengboche to Dingboche (4,360m)

Descend through forests and cross the Imja Khola. Trek through Pangboche village and reach Dingboche.

Day 7 : Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

Acclimatization hike to Nangkartshang Peak for panoramic views. Rest and prepare for higher altitudes.

Day 8 : Dingboche to Lobuche (4,940m)

Trek through Dughla and witness memorials for climbers. Ascend to Lobuche village.

Day 9 : Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170m), Visit Everest Base Camp (5,364m)

Trek to Gorak Shep. Continue to Everest Base Camp.

Day 10 : Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5,545m), Descend to Pheriche (4,371m)

Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise views. Descend to Pheriche.

Day 11 : Pheriche to Namche Bazaar

Descend through Pangboche and Tengboche. Continue to Namche Bazaar.

Day 12 : Namche Bazaar to Lukla

Descend through forests and cross suspension bridges. Arrive in Lukla, reflecting on your journey.

Day 13 : Lukla to Kathmandu

Morning flight back to Kathmandu. Rest and relax or explore the city.

Day 14 : Departure from Kathmandu

Depending on your departure time, you may have some free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing before heading to the airport.

What is Everest Base Camp (EBC)?

Everest Base Camp is the starting point for climbers attempting to summit Mount Everest, the highest peak in the world. It is located at an altitude of approximately 5,364 meters (17,598 feet) above sea level in the Khumbu region of Nepal.

How do I get to Everest Base Camp?

The most common way to reach Everest Base Camp is by trekking from Lukla, a small mountain airstrip in Nepal. You can take a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and start your trek from there. The trek usually takes around 12-14 days round trip.

Do I need previous trekking experience to reach EBC?

While previous trekking experience can be helpful, it is not mandatory. The Everest Base Camp trek is challenging but can be undertaken by anyone with a good level of fitness and a strong determination to complete the journey.

When is the best time to trek to Everest Base Camp?

The best time for the Everest Base Camp trek is during the pre-monsoon (spring) season (March to May) and post-monsoon (autumn) season (September to November). During these months, the weather is relatively stable, and the skies are clear, providing breathtaking views of the Himalayas.

    Arrival to Dubai

    Upon landing at Dubai International Airport, you will proceed through immigration formalities.

    If you are a European, you will receive a visa upon arrival. Other nationalities should check if they require a visa.

    Once outside, you will take a taxi if you are arriving alone, or we will organize a private transfer if we are many ladies arriving at same time. Check-in and overnight stay.

    Adventure Beggins

    Breakfast and free time until 3:00 PM. Meet your tour guide at the hotel.

    Let us take you on an unforgettable adventure through the magnificent High Red Dunes aboard our comfortable 4×4 vehicles !

    Departure will be hassle-free as our vehicles pick you up to head onto the road to Oman, where your journey begins.

    Before embarking on the adventure, we’ll make a stop at our leisure area. For thrill-seekers, you’ll have the option to experience an additional thrill by trying out buggy or quad biking (at an extra cost).

    Once on the road, buckle up and get ready to be mesmerized by the vastness of the desert during our dunebashing session. Our vehicles will pause to allow you to enjoy sandboarding and to capture magical photos of the landscape and sunset.

    The journey will continue to the Bedouin camp, where a warm atmosphere awaits you. Settle in comfortably to savor a delicious barbecue dinner while delighting in captivating belly dance performances, traditional Tanoura dance, and an enchanting fire show.

    You’ll also have the opportunity for free to smoke a shisha and get a henna tattoo, adding a touch of tradition and relaxation to this unique experience. Come and live this thrilling adventure in the heart of the dunes, amidst exhilarating moments, cultural discoveries, and unforgettable shared memories.

    03

    Between traditions and modernity

    Breakfast at the hotel. 

    Morning dedicated to the country’s history. Visit the Dubai Frame. This golden frame-shaped building will transport you from the past to the future. You’ll start with projections of ancient Bedouin life before ascending 150 meters to admire both sides of the city. On the descent, you’ll view a video showcasing Dubai’s futuristic projects.

    Next, we’ll visit Bastakiya, the city’s historic district with its 100 years old houses and wind towers.

    We’ll visit an old house where we’ll have Arabic coffee, as hospitality is a fundamental tradition. Then, we’ll stop to learn about spice history and taste hibiscus tea.

    Afterward, we’ll pass by Al Fahidi Fort, Dubai’s first construction in 1787, to discover the Hindu temple and the Indian souk.

    We’ll cross the Creek with an abra, the only means of transportation between the two banks before 1963. In the spice souk, we’ll taste dates, chocolate, and learn some traditions, then we’ll admire the showcases of the gold souk with its most impressive jewelry.

    Free lunch in a local restaurant and time for shopping. An abaya, traditional dress will be offered to each lady, you will just choose your favourite color !

    In the afternoon, we’ll drive to Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping mall with its 1200 shops where you’ll find the entrance to the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest tower at 828 meters. 

    You’ll have access to the observation deck on the 124th floor of the tower and enjoy a unique view of the sunset over Dubai.

    You’ll have the opportunity to admire the show of the dancing fountains.

    04

    Abu Dhabi

    Breakfast. Wear your beautiful abaya and Embark on a journey to explore Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, a city that is both fascinating, rich, and culturally diverse, nestled across several islands.

    Our itinerary begins with a visit to the famous Louvre on Saadiyat Island. Next, you’ll be dazzled by a visit to the iconic Presidential Palace, a true architectural gem in white granite overlooking crystal-clear waters.

    The Emirates Palace Hotel, meanwhile, epitomizes the opulence and elegance that characterize this unique city. 

    You’ll have the opportunity to spot the iconic Etihad Towers, immortalized in the Fast and Furious film series.

    The lunch will be taken at the Observation deck 180 inside of the Etihad Towers, to enjoy the view of the city.

    The highlight of this unforgettable day will be a visit to the magnificent Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, an architectural marvel and one of the largest mosques in the world.

    Its splendid blend of cultures and religions makes it a symbol of tolerance and open-mindedness.

    After this day filled with discoveries, we’ll return to Dubai in the evening, leaving behind a capital with multiple charms and dazzling cultural treasures

    05

    Modern Dubai by Night

    Breakfast and free time until 3:00 PM.

    We’ll start our tour of modern Dubai. We’ll start with a photo stop at the Burj Al Arab, a world-renowned hotel known for its sail-shaped architecture and seven-star recognition, then continue to the Madinat Jumeirah Souk, a modern Arabian souk amidst typical and ancient architecture.

    Also known as the Arabian Venice, you’ll be charmed by its small canals reminiscent of those in the Italian city.

    We’ll then proceed along the Palace Road before entering the Palm Jumeirah, an artificial island shaped like a palm tree, where we’ll take photos of the iconic Atlantis Hotel and visit The View, the island’s observatory.

    Finally, we’ll head to Dubai Marina to board a yacht. This nighttime escapade plunges you into the heart of the world’s tallest skyscrapers, and their illuminations make the adventure magical.

    Enjoy your sumptuous international buffet dinner in the enchanting setting of the marina, with its show adding to the fun and excitement. This evening promises unforgettable memories.

     Return to the hotel for the night.

    Northern Emirates

    Breakfast and checkout.

    Departure for the Northern Emirates. We’ll start with a visit to Sharjah, the country’s third-largest city.

    We’ll explore the local market, government buildings with their domes, the Blue Souk, and the corniche.

    Then we’ll cross Ajman, one of the smaller emirates, before arriving in Ras Al Khaimah, the oldest emirate.

    At 12:00 PM, you’ll board a boat to reach the country’s only pearl farm. You will learn everything about this beauty. Lunch at the farm.

    07

    Musandam / Oman

    Breakfast and pickup from your hotel around 7 AM for a relaxing and immersive day trip to Musandam.

    You’ll board a traditional dhow, an old wooden boat made in Oman, for a 6-hour cruise through the stunning fjords.

    During the journey, we’ll have the opportunity to see dolphins swimming and following the boats. We’ll also catch sight of distant villages perched in the mountains, still inhabited by Omani fishermen to prevent the desertion of the peninsula and to prevent Iranians from taking possession of these lands.

    We’ll make 2 stops for lunch and for swimming and snorkeling.

    Around 4 PM, you will be transferred to the beach for your night of adventure! Dine under the stars and sleep in a tent amidst nature. Enjoy the tranquility of this breathtaking location.

    Mountain Safari

    After breakfast on the beach and a shower, hop into jeeps for a mountain tour and admire the fjords from above. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Khasab, the capital of Musandam, before returning to Dubai.

    Dinner is at your leisure. It’s your last night at the hotel or departure to your destination.

Do I need a visa to travel to Dubai and Oman, and how can I check visa requirements for my nationality?

European nationals receive a visa on arrival for Dubai. For other nationalities, please check with your local UAE and Oman consulates or contact us for guidance. Oman visa fees are included in the package.

Are airport transfers included in the package, and can I arrange a private transfer if needed?

Airport transfers are not included in the package if we have only few clients. However, private transfers can be arranged upon request for an additional cost.

Are activities like quad biking, buggy riding, and snorkeling included in the price, or are they optional extras?

These activities are optional and available at an additional cost. Snorkeling during the Oman cruise is included in the package.

Are there any specific dress codes for activities like visiting the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque or the desert safari?

Yes, modest clothing is required at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Ladies must wear long sleeves, full-length pants or skirts, and a headscarf (an abaya is provided). Casual and comfortable clothing is recommended for desert activities.

What items should I pack for the tour, especially for the camping night in Oman and the desert activities?

Pack light, breathable clothing for the desert, swimwear for snorkeling, comfortable shoes, a jacket for cooler evenings, sunscreen, and a power bank. Camping essentials, such as tents and sleeping arrangements, are provided.
