We are glad to have you join one of our  women-only trip, for solo women or solo moms with their kids. Please read the following Terms and Conditions, which will govern your trip. 

Understanding the Terms

It is essential to read and understand our Terms and Conditions and how they may impact your trip. Should you have any questions, please email us at hello@myladytrip.com for clarification.

This agreement overrides all previous verbal or written communications, representations, or agreements between the parties and applies to all trips organized by Mylady trip and sold on this website.

Trip Arrangements

Given that our tours are designed for a small number of participants to ensure a more personalized experience, they will only proceed if a minimum number of 4 guests is reached.

Your trip will be confirmed once the minimum number is met, no later than 60 days before departure. If we cancel the trip before this date, you will receive a full refund minus any bank charges. If the trip is rescheduled, you can choose to transfer any payments to the new dates.

We recommend not booking your flights until the trip has been confirmed. We cannot reimburse travel arrangements made before confirmation. Additional time spent at the destination outside of the tour dates is at your own expense. If you arrive outside our scheduled check-in/transfer times, we can suggest ways to enjoy your time and we can arrange additional hotel bookings outside the tour dates.

You are responsible for researching and obtaining the necessary visas for entry to the destination. We are not able to refund if you are denied entry, even if we or our local agent provided visa support.

If a trip is priced in a different currency than your own,  be aware that currency fluctuations may affect the final price. Payments are due in the currency quoted on the trip page.

We can  provide the pre-arranged transfer on your arrival date, on a extra cost, according to your arrival time. We can provide group transfer also.

Cancellation Policy

Unexpected events can lead to trip cancellations. Our cancellation policy aims to support our guests, local partners, and us with any expenses arising from cancellations.

Payments are divided into two installments: a deposit to reserve your spot and a final payment.

All payments, including the deposit, are non-refundable once the tour is confirmed. The deposit is refundable only if the minimum number of guests is not met. In that case, you will receive a full refund of the deposit minus any bank charges.

Payments made for one trip can be transferred to another. Therefore, we require all guests to have comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations. Insurance should cover travel cancellations and medical emergencies in the tour country. It is advisable to get this coverage as soon as you pay your deposit.

At the date of the trip according to the number of clients, we will notify you the final price of your trip and we will refund you by bank transfer or to your used card within 1 week.

Due to the possibility of unexpected illness or injury in a foreign country, we require guests to have insurance with international evacuation coverage. This should be arranged as soon as the trip is confirmed. Proof of travel and medical insurance must be provided no later than 30 days before departure. Failure to comply will result in cancellation without refund. 

If you are unable to attend a trip, you may transfer your spot to someone else up to 15 days before departure, in writing. Payments made will be transferred to the new guest. You are responsible for recovering any monies already paid from the new guest. In cases where flights have already been purchased under your name, the new guest will need to cover these costs again.

No refunds or credits will be given for failure to attend or complete the tour, or for arriving late or leaving early. Costs required to join the group after a late arrival are at your expense.

We reserve the right to cancel tours with insufficient participant interest, in which case your deposit will be refunded. Notification of cancellation will be given no later than 30 days before departure. We are not responsible for any personal expenses such as airline tickets due to changes or cancellations before tour confirmation.

In exceptional circumstances where a refund is provided or we agree to move your booking, an administrative fee will apply.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking if we determine you are not a good fit for our tours. In such cases, we will notify you after receiving your deposit and refund you the full amount.

COVID Travel Policies

We prioritize the health and safety of our guests and have implemented the following COVID policies:

Vaccination against COVID is not required to join our tours from January 1, 2024. However, guests with cough or cold-like symptoms are asked to wear a mask and separate themselves from the group. COVID testing is not mandatory but encouraged.

You must comply with local COVID or health regulations of the tour destination, including presenting a negative COVID test or quarantining if required. We cannot refund if you are denied entry for non-compliance.

Certain tours,  may have additional requirements (vaccination or testing) imposed by our local partners. You agree to comply with these requirements, understanding they may change after booking. Refunds will not be provided if you choose not to comply.

If a trip is postponed due to a global pandemic or COVID after the deposit is paid, any payments will be applied to a similar future trip. 

Photography / Videography

We strive to make our trips memorable and encourage you to enjoy the experience without constantly using your phone.

Some trips may include a photographer/videographer capturing candid moments of the group. Occasionally, this photographer may be male. Selected images will be shared with the group after the tour for social media use. You may use these images for commercial purposes.

By attending a trip with a photographer, you agree that your image may be used in future promotional material by My Lady trip, our partner tour companies, or photographers. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, distribute, display, and reproduce any images, photos, or videos in any medium for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us via email before your tour at hello@myladytrip.com

Accommodation

Tour costs are based on shared accommodation with two guests per room. We will pair you with another solo female traveler unless you request a single room, for which a supplement will apply. Some trips may not offer single supplements due to the nature of the accommodation.

If you are traveling with a companion, please inform us in advance so we can arrange shared accommodation. We cannot accommodate more than two guests per room unless specified.

If you need to change rooms during the tour, please notify your host/tour leader.  You are responsible for the safety of your belongings in a shared room.

Special Requirements

We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, medical conditions, and other needs of our guests. Please inform us of any requirements before booking to confirm that your needs can be met within the limitations of the itinerary and destination.

Some trips may require a minimum level of fitness or may not accommodate dietary requirements or allergies. We will discuss options with you before booking and provide the most accurate information for your decision.

By joining our trips, you confirm that you know of no physical or mental condition that would create a hazard for yourself or others. We may request a medical certificate to ensure your safe participation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a booking if we cannot accommodate your needs.

Waiver

Participants assume the risk of participating in foreign travel and activities during the trip. By joining a a trip, you agree to do so at your own risk and release Myladytrip from any claims or causes of action.

You will be required to sign a ‘Waiver of Responsibility’ form before the trip, acknowledging the need to exercise judgment and care for your safety and that of your fellow travelers. Failure to sign will result in inability to participate in the tour.

Alcohol and Drugs

Drug use is not tolerated, and responsible alcohol consumption is required for your safety and that of others. You must comply with the laws of all countries visited. Failure to do so may result in immediate trip termination without refund.

Timely Payment

Timely payment is essential for the trip to proceed as planned. We reserve the right to cancel a booking without refund if payment deadlines are not met.

Force Majeure

In the event of Force Majeure, we are not responsible for performing our obligations or for any resulting damages. Force Majeure includes acts of nature, terrorist activities, insurrection, explosion, flood, earthquake, tempest, fire, accident, war, sabotage, civil disturbance, labor strikes, pandemics, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.

If affected by Force Majeure, we may vary or cancel any itinerary or activity without obligation or liability.

Claims and Complaints

We aim to deliver extraordinary experiences. If issues arise during a trip, notify the touguide as soon as possible for resolution. Send complaints in writing to hello@myladytrip.com with supporting documentation.

Disclaimer

You agree that as agents, we are held free of responsibility for any damage occasioned by any cause, in particular:

For any damages or expenses or inconveniences caused by late departures, change of schedule or change in activities caused by reasons beyond our control
For loss or damage to baggage or any of the participant’s belongings.
For personal injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, irregularity or property damage as a result of force majeure or for any other losses or damages incurred by any person or journey participants caused by any delay or change of itinerary or arising out of any act, including, but not limited to, any act of negligence, any person acting for or on behalf of agents for transportation, accommodation or sight-seeing provider or any other person or entity rendering any of these services or accommodations being offered in connection with this journey.
Participants agree that any and all disputes between Participants and My Lady Trip shall be governed by UAE law. Participants agree to mediate any and all disputes prior to the instigation of any litigation.

In the event of any litigation between the Parties to this agreement involving their respective rights or obligations, such litigation shall take place in UAE.

All prices quoted are correct at time of publication, include the cost of operation of the journeys, and are subject to currency changes.
