Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction & Purpose
MyLadyTrip is a travel agency specialized in women-only and single mothers’ journeys.
These Terms and Conditions govern bookings, payments, cancellations, and the use of the website myladytrip.com, between MyLadyTrip (hereinafter “the Agency”, “we”) and the traveler (hereinafter “the Traveler”, “you”).
2. Community Features & Exchanges
Before booking, you may have the opportunity to connect with other interested travelers to ask questions and build connections.
We provide reasonable moderation of these exchanges but cannot be held responsible for the content shared by participants.
Once your booking is confirmed, you may be added to a private group (e.g., WhatsApp) to facilitate communication among travelers.
3. Booking, Payment & Confirmation
A booking becomes definitive only when a minimum of 4 reservations has been confirmed for the trip.
Once the trip is confirmed, each Traveler must pay the total price in USD to validate participation.
Prices shown are in US Dollars (USD) and include the services described in the trip program (accommodation, activities, transportation if specified, guides, etc.).
Items not included (such as flights, visas, insurance, personal expenses) will always be clearly indicated.
4. Tiered Pricing & Refund Policy
Our prices are based on the adult rate and decrease as the total number of travelers increases.
After full payment, if the final number of participants allows for a lower price, a refund of the difference will be processed according to the total number of confirmed travelers.
Refunds will be made within a reasonable period, through the same payment method used for booking.
5. Cancellations & Modifications
By the Traveler:
• More than 60 days before departure: refund of the amount paid minus administrative fees of [amount in USD].
• Between 60 and 30 days: refund of 50% of the total amount.
• Less than 30 days: no refund possible.By MyLadyTrip:
• If the trip cannot be confirmed due to insufficient reservations, or if we cancel for reasons of force majeure (natural disasters, safety concerns, etc.), the amounts already paid will be fully refunded.
• No additional compensation can be claimed.Changes requested by the Traveler: Any modifications (dates, options, participants) will be subject to availability and may incur extra fees.
6. Responsibilities
MyLadyTrip works with trusted service providers (hotels, transport companies, guides), but cannot be held responsible for any faults, negligence, or failures of third-party providers.
Each Traveler is responsible for the validity of their travel documents (passport, visas, vaccinations, etc.).
MyLadyTrip is not liable for delays, losses, accidents, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, political events, etc.).
7. On-Site Support
A local representative or guide will be available as described in the trip program.
An emergency contact will be provided for assistance during the trip.
8. Health & Safety
Travelers must ensure they are physically fit for the trip and disclose any medical conditions prior to booking.
It is strongly recommended to have health and repatriation insurance.
MyLadyTrip will take reasonable precautions for safety but cannot eliminate all risks.
9. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering medical assistance, repatriation, and trip cancellation.
If additional insurance options are available through MyLadyTrip, they will be specified at the time of booking.
10. Intellectual Property
All content (texts, images, videos, logos) published on myladytrip.com is protected by intellectual property rights.
Reproduction, distribution, or use of content without authorization is prohibited.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data collected is used solely for booking management, trip organization, and communication (newsletters, offers) if you consent.
In accordance with applicable laws, you have the right to access, modify, or delete your data.
Your information may be shared with service providers (hotels, transporters, guides) only when necessary for the execution of the trip.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
In case of disputes, the parties will first attempt mediation. If no agreement is reached, the courts of the UAE will have jurisdiction.
13. Acceptance
By confirming a booking, the Traveler acknowledges having read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these Terms and Conditions.
