What is the refund policy if fewer than 4 ladies book the tour or if more ladies join later?

If fewer than 4 ladies book, the trip might be rescheduled or canceled, and deposits will be refunded. If more ladies join after your booking, you will receive a refund of the difference in price.

What type of accommodation is provided, and can I request a single room instead of a twin room?

Accommodation is in twin rooms at 4-star hotels. Single rooms can be requested for an additional fee.

What is the payment schedule for booking the trip, and how is the balance calculated if more participants join?

A 30% deposit is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due when 4 ladies confirm their bookings. Refunds will be provided if additional participants lower the cost.

Are meals provided for every day of the tour, and can dietary restrictions or preferences be accommodated?

Breakfast is included daily. Some lunches and dinners are provided as listed. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

What items should I pack for the trip ?

Comfortable clothing and walking shoes are essential. Pack layers, as weather can vary depending on the region and season. A modest outfit is recommended for visiting religious sites.

Can solo travelers join the tour, and will you arrange room sharing for them?

Absolutely! This trip is for solo travelers , and we will pair you with another participant in a twin room unless you prefer a single room at an additional cost.

Are children allowed on the tour, and is there a discount or different pricing for them?

This tour is designed specifically for women. Children are not included in this particular program, but you can find your trip in our Solo moms collection.
