What is the refund policy if fewer than 4 ladies book the tour or if more ladies join later?

If fewer than 4 ladies book, the trip might be rescheduled or canceled, and deposits will be refunded. If more ladies join after your booking, you will receive a refund of the difference in price.

Are airport transfers included in the package, and can I arrange a private transfer if needed?

The airport transfer will be arranged based on your flight's arrival time. A driver will be waiting to greet you at Noi Bai International Airport and take you to your hotel.

What type of accommodation is provided, and can I request a single room instead of a twin room?

Accommodation is in twin rooms at 4-star hotels. Single rooms can be requested for an additional fee.

What is the payment schedule for booking the trip, and how is the balance calculated if more participants join?

A 30% deposit is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due when 4 ladies confirm their bookings. Refunds will be provided if additional participants lower the cost.

Can solo travelers join the tour, and will you arrange room sharing for them?

Absolutely! This trip is for solo travelers , and we will pair you with another participant in a twin room unless you prefer a single room at an additional cost.

Are children allowed on the tour, and is there a discount or different pricing for them?

This tour is designed specifically for women. Children are not included in this particular program, but you can find your trip in our Solo moms collection.

What happens in case of bad weather or unexpected circumstances during outdoor activities?

In case of bad weather or unforeseen events, we will provide alternative activities or reschedule where possible.

Are there any additional costs or optional activities that participants should be aware of during the trip?

While most activities are included, optional expenses such as dinners, personal purchases, and gratuities for guides and drivers are not covered. These costs will be at your discretion.

Are flights between cities (e.g., Hanoi to Danang and Danang to Ho Chi Minh City) included in the trip cost?

Yes, the internal flights from Hanoi to Danang and Danang to Ho Chi Minh City are included in the package.
